30-Day Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

Returned in the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Last Pair items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Orders: At this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
Return Instructions
Before returning an item, please contact us at hello@genevivejewelry.com.
Returns will not be accepted if:

The item has been used, damaged, altered, or is missing parts.

The return is requested more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email hello@genevivejewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Claims for items that arrived damaged must be reported promptly. Items reported as damaged later in the return period may not be eligible for replacement or exchange.
Gifts
Items purchased as gifts may be returned in accordance with our return policy; however, all refunds will be issued to the original purchaser and original method of payment.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange delivery times may vary depending on your location.
