SHIPPING POLICY


All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Please note that shipping times are approximate and that the times quoted above refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within 24 hours, some orders may take additional time.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES


For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5.95 flat rate shipping to orders placed within the United States. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


At this time, we only offer shipping to the United States and Canada.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


If you haven’t received your order within [10 days] of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [support@email.com] with your name and order number.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES


We offer shipping to P.O. boxes through USPS using ShipStation. 


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order and would like to make a return, please email our customer service at [email] within 15 days of receiving your purchase. 


We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 


All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days.


Genevive does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [support@email.com] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but we try our best to work towards the best solution.
