Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only offer shipping to the United States and Canada.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that shipping times are approximate and that the times quoted above refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within 24 hours, some orders may take additional time.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We offer shipping to P.O. boxes through USPS using ShipStation.

When will my order arrive?

Domestic orders arrive within 4-7 days of shipping, excluding weekends and holidays. You should receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code in your email after you make your purchase.

I want to cancel my order - Is it possible?

Unfortunately due to our fast shipping times, we are unable to cancel orders after 3 PM on the same day.
